Care By An Angel offers flexible payment options for your convenience. We bill bi-weekly for the preceding two weeks of services and can send the invoice to the client, their family, a trusted advisor, or a long-term care insurance company. Each invoice includes the dates, times of service, and the caregiver who provided care each day.

Invoices detail the dates and times of services provided each day and are sent out weekly in arrears. We can deliver the invoice via mail, e-mail, or fax to the client, their family, a power of attorney, a trusted advisor, or a long-term care insurance company.
Payment Options
Private PayMost clients use “private pay,” which means they submit payment directly to us each billing cycle by check. For added convenience, we are arranging to accept credit card payments and will notify you once this option is available.
Long-Term Care InsuranceLong-term care insurance can help cover the cost of senior care at home or in a nursing facility, protecting your loved one’s assets and covering much of the home care cost, depending on the policy terms. Care By An Angel works with most long-term care insurance companies. Check if your loved one has a policy that can be utilized.
