Each invoice includes the dates, times of service, and the caregiver who provided care each day.

Payment Options

Private Pay

Most clients use “private pay,” which means they submit payment directly to us each billing cycle by check. For added convenience, we are arranging to accept credit card payments and will notify you once this option is available.

Long-Term Care Insurance

Long-term care insurance can help cover the cost of senior care at home or in a nursing facility, protecting your loved one’s assets and covering much of the home care cost, depending on the policy terms. Care By An Angel works with most long-term care insurance companies. Check if your loved one has a policy that can be utilized.

Other Payment Options

There are various financial resources available to pay for ongoing care services, including:

  • Reverse Mortgages
  • Employer-sponsored health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
