- Current CPR certification
- Drug Screening

- License/Certificate Verification (if applicable)
- Reference Checks
- Social Security Card
- State health screenings as required by law (TB Test)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Vehicle Insurance
- Valid Vehicle Registration Card
- Work Authorization (for foreign workers)
